Dr. Art Rosengarten of Moonlight Counseling to be Featured on CUTV News Radio

Eastern philosophy has long explored the deeper side of the human psyche. Much of this practice is best learned through the wisdom of the east.”

— Dr. Art Rosengarten

SOLANA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, USA, January 31, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — Any therapist who has been in practice for a long time becomes more and more eclectic over the course of their career. Each therapist develops their own unique assortment of tools they can utilize when it’s appropriate to benefit their patient.

Psychotherapist Dr. Art Rosengarten is the founder of Moonlight Counseling, where he offers an eclectic integration of eastern and western psychology. As a psychologist in private practice for nearly 40 years, Dr. Rosengarten is a longtime practitioner and teacher of eastern, meditative approaches with a Jungian orientation as a psychotherapist.

“I’m a mystic living in modern times,” laughs Dr. Rosengarten. “I’ve learned to keep my mysticism to myself for the most part, but my approach to psychotherapy is very much about understanding the deeper level of my patients’ problems. I help my patients delve just a little bit deeper into their experience to access a deeper level of themselves. I think this approach is something all people can benefit from.”

A Buddhist practitioner, Dr. Rosengarten has studied eastern philosophy since he was a teenager.

“I have always blended an east and west approach,” says Dr. Rosengarten. “Eastern philosophy has long explored this deeper side of the human psyche. As a result, much of this practice is best learned from the wisdom of the east.”

While studying at the California Institute of Asian Studies, Dr. Rosengarten was first introduced to Tarot, playing cards commonly associated with fortune-telling. Dr. Rosengarten was more interested in exploring the Tarot cards from the perspective of a psychologist. He would go on to write the first doctoral dissertation on the Tarot, comparing it with dream analysis and projective storytelling.

“I saw immediately that these symbols could have incredible value in psychotherapy,” says Dr. Rosengarten. “You have these rich, ambiguous images that are psychological in nature.”

Today, Dr. Rosengarten is the author of several books on the Tarot, including Tarot and Psychology: Spectrums of Possibility, which has been in print for 16 years and is widely considered the classic in the field. The book speaks to people interested in alternative approaches to therapy dialogue.

“I’ve always been a very compassionate person,” says Dr. Rosengarten. “It draws me to serve others, work with others, help others, and it feels right to do it in a deeper way. Being a therapist has always felt like a perfect occupation for me because it allows me to be creative and compassionate.”

CUTV News Radio will feature Dr. Art Rosengarten in an interview with Jim Masters on February 2nd at 1pm and with Doug Llewelyn on February 9th at 1pm EST.

Doulagivers will be offering Webinars, E-book and Live Workshops for their FREE family caregiver training.

Doulagivers has launched a global initiative on supporting families everywhere with a free training on how to care for a dying loved one.”

— Suzanne B. O'Brien R.N.

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES, January 31, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — Doulagivers, the leader of specialized training in End of Life Care and End of Life Doulas is offering new ways to access their free Level 1 Family Caregiver Training. As part of the Doulagivers Level 1 Global Outreach and Community Caregiving Initiative, this training will be offered for FREE through live webinars (starting March 7th, enrollment open now), through their E-book 'Creating Positive Passings: End of Life Doula, Level 1 Caregiver Training' which is available for FREE on Amazon until Saturday, February 4th and through Live Workshops offered at the International Doulagivers Institute in NYC. Doulagivers' main goal is to spread awareness of the need for communities to become involved in the volunteer work necessary to ensure that everyone can have a peaceful end of life experience. Hospice workers are stretched beyond their means and there are too many patients all over the world who are incapable of receiving the 24/7 care required at end of life to create a sacred, meaningful and pleasant transition from the physical world. This Level 1 training is designed so that anyone and everyone can understand the basic end of life processes and how to suggest and offer comfort to families and patients throughout these processes. Doulagivers believes that it is imperative that everyone has the basic knowledge to offer support within their communities at this precious last phase of life. If everyone can contribute a little bit of time and compassion, it relieves so much burden from the caregivers and families so that facilitating a good death for every end of life patient around the world becomes possible.

In the Level 1 Training you will learn:

1. How to identify the Shock Phase and what suggestions for comfort can be given
2. How to identify the Stabilization Phase and what suggestions for comfort can be given
3. How to identify the Transition Phase and what suggestions for comfort can be given
4. How to interact with patients at end of life
5. How to offer emotional support for grieving families during and after death

Doulagivers was recently featured in CBS. You can watch the segment and read the article here.

For those who wish to become full-time End of Life Doulas and pursue a career in this field, Doulagivers also offers a comprehensive Certification/Practitioners course. The End of Life Doula Certification training is for those who wish to be Certified End of Life Doulas. This course covers Levels 1,2&3 of the Doulagivers End of Life Practitioners training. This is a new specialized area of non-medical health care. This Training is for those who have a calling and desire to support and guide both patients and families through the end of life process. Following in the footsteps of the birthing doula movement that has been a successful specialized non-medical field in the area of childbirth for decades, now is the time for us to offer the same care and support for those at end of life. This course is offered completely online or as a monthly workshop at the International Doulagivers Institute.

All live workshops at the International Doulagivers Institute will be limited to 10 students to ensure optimal learning. All trainings are conveniently available online as well so that you can take them from anywhere in the world.

Now Higher Ed Professionals Can See the Power of ReachBright for Themselves

higher education inbound marketing

Enroll in ReachBright University and discover the power of ReachBright.

alumni and student engagement scores

ReachBright keeps data on webpages visited, emails opened, links clicked, donations made, and much more.

KDG, a leading provider of web development, has released a free, self-guided demo of its innovative higher education marketing tool.

This brief look can showcase the vast amount of vital information ReachBright is able to put at your fingertips.”

— Kyle David, CEO

ALLENTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA, UNITED STATES, January 30, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — ReachBright, the inbound marketing for higher education tool developed by leading tech provider KDG, is now accessible to all higher educational professionals. Following the product’s national coverage by the magazine The Edvocate, the tech company has released a free, online self-guided demo of the innovative software.

KDG developed ReachBright specifically for colleges and universities. Across the country, these institutions are engaged in a fierce competition for prospective students and national rankings. The tool’s automated tagging features, URL tracking, and personalized email templates work together to help schools increase school enrollment and alumni engagement.

“We wanted admissions directors, advancement officials, and other campus leaders to discover all that ReachBright can do,” explains Kyle David, CEO of KDG. “By the end of the walkthrough, users will see just how much data the software was able to collect in such a short amount of time.”

With pages for faculty, current students, and prospects, in addition to pages for alumni events, athletic teams, and course listings, the demo’s website was designed and developed to look exactly like any other college or university website.

“We want the experience the user has to be as realistic as possible,” continues David.

When signing up for the free demo, users are “enrolled” in ReachBright University and can choose to become either a prospective student or an alumnus. From there, they are guided around the demo site, performing tasks and visiting pages. Along the way, they pick up tags that ReachBright can use to identify their interests, needs, and wants to help ensure more targeted communications in the future.

When the demo is complete, users are sent a detailed email complete with charts that break down every element of the user’s online activity: the total pageviews, the total tags added, and the time spent on the site. There are also more granular charts and tables in this summary email, including a listing of every single page visited and a breakdown of web traffic by percentage.

It’s an impressive amount of data that’s gathered by the software, an amount of data that is understandably overwhelming for any college or university. However, ReachBright doesn’t only collect the data, it also shows schools what to do with it. Using automated email chains that align directly with different tags, ReachBright makes it easier to send contacts more personalized, and thus more engaging, communications.

“The demo only gives a glimpse into ReachBright’s capabilities,” says David, “but even this brief look can showcase the vast amount of vital information ReachBright is able to put at your fingertips.”

Web activity and engagement aren’t the only things ReachBright can measure. It also acts as a donor management tool, records email activity, logs in-person interactions and campus visits, and will soon allow prospects, students, alumni, and others to register for events.

The free, self-guided demo of the inbound marketing for higher education tool can be accessed here: http://reachbrightu.com/

Keiser University Selects Auto/Mate's DMS to Teach Future Dealers in Automotive Dealership Management Program

Auto/Mate logo

Keiser University's program will provide these next-gen professionals with hands-on training that integrates technology usage into every day processes”

— Mike Esposito, President and CEO of Auto/Mate

NEW ORLEANS, LA, UNITED STATES, January 27, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ —
NADA CONVENTION & EXPO
BOOTH #1707

Auto/Mate Dealership Systems announced today that Keiser University, based in West Palm Beach, FL, selected Auto/Mate's dealership management system (DMS) to use as part of the curriculum for its Automotive Dealership Management program. The program provides future auto dealers and professionals with the skills and education necessary for successful, high-level careers in the retail automotive industry.

"In the past ten years, technology has had a huge impact on the way automotive dealers do business," said Mike Esposito, President and CEO of Auto/Mate. "Some of the 'old school' dealers haven't embraced all the changes in the same way that the younger, new generation have. Keiser's program will provide these next-gen professionals with hands-on training that integrates technology usage into every day processes."

Studies show that thirty-four percent of current dealer principals will soon be retired. Recent trends in the retail automotive industry have led to consolidation and acquisition of many smaller, family-run dealerships. Keiser University's program identifies the unique challenges facing today's automotive and vehicle retail distribution systems. Coursework is designed to equip students with the education, skills and techniques to thrive in this new environment.

"Our program has been designed to be both current and relevant to those who want a career in Automotive retail," said Timothy Gilbert, chairman of the Automotive Dealership Management program (ADM) at Keiser University. "What I like most about Auto/Mate, and why we chose to partner with them, is that they're growing quickly, continue to introduce innovative products, are user friendly and more than willing to work with us to make the transition a smooth one."

Keiser University will use Auto/Mate's DMS as an integral component in its classroom learning. For instance, when the subject of scheduling service appointments is covered, the students can immediately turn to the DMS and access the scheduling module to see how it's used.

The Keiser University program is offered exclusively at its Flagship Residential Campus in West Palm Beach, FL. Students who complete the four-year program earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, majoring in Automotive Dealership Management.

For more information or to see demos of Auto/Mate's Automotive Management Productivity Suite (AMPS) DMS solution, visit Booth #1707 at the NADA Convention & Expo in New Orleans, January 26th – 29th; or call 877-340-2677.

Ground Broken for Intermountain Transformation Center

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, USA, January 26, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — Ground was officially broken January 25th for the Intermountain Kem Gardner Transformation Center. The center, to be built and operated by Intermountain Healthcare, will be the home for institutes that train healthcare leaders seeking to transform the way care is provided in the U.S. and around the world, achieving the highest clinical quality at the lowest sustainable cost.

Intermountain will build the 120,000-square-foot Transformation Center on the Intermountain Medical Center campus in Murray. Construction of the four-story facility should be complete in 2018.

The Transformation Center will be the base for a number of Intermountain programs, including:

Intermountain Healthcare Leadership Institute. Led by Charles Sorenson, MD, president emeritus of Intermountain, the Leadership Institute will offer multi-day leadership courses to senior-level healthcare physician leaders and administrators from the U.S. and other countries.

Intermountain Institute for Healthcare Delivery Research. Led by Brent James, MD, Intermountain’s chief quality officer, this Institute has trained nearly 5,000 senior physicians, nursing, and administrative executives, drawn from around the world, in clinical management methods. The Institute also has nearly 50 “daughter” training programs in nine countries.

Clinical Programs and innovation programs. With more than 1,500 active research studies in more than 20 clinical areas, Intermountain is equipped to make medical discoveries that improve care and save lives.

The Transformation Center is being funded in part by a $20 million donation to the Intermountain Foundation by Utah philanthropist Kem Gardner. Mr. Gardner has served on Intermountain boards for 34 years and was Chair of the Intermountain Board from 2007-2012. He currently chairs the Intermountain Foundation Board.

Intermountain Healthcare is a Utah-based not-for-profit system of 22 hospitals, 185 clinics, a Medical Group with about 1,500 employed physicians and advanced practitioners, a health plans group called SelectHealth, and other medical services. Intermountain is widely recognized as a leader in transforming healthcare through high quality and sustainable costs. For more information about Intermountain, visit www.intermountainhealthcare.org.
