Heath Messer of Extract and Engage Coaching to be Featured on CUTV News Radio

Love yourself enough to do whatever it takes to change your life for the better.

— Heath Messer

DENVER, COLORADO, USA, January 3, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — The patterns of life exist to reduce the complexity of life and keep us safe. As a result, people are afraid of change. The comfort zone is the most dangerous place that you can possibly be in life. If you’re not a little uncomfortable, you’re not moving forward.

The shortest path you can take toward success is to find a coach or mentor. You need to get help if you’re going to succeed.

Heath Messer is the founder of Extract and Engage Coaching, a success and business coaching practice that specializes in improving your performance to help you achieve the success you desire.

“I specialize in helping people reach success and fulfillment in their lives whatever that is for them,” says Heath. “You can’t always necessarily see the challenges in your life that you need to overcome without someone standing on the outside who has been through it and is trained to move you forward.”

Extract and Engage Coaching utilizes proven processes designed to extract the self-limiting beliefs that hold you back from reaching your true potential in life or business and engage new beliefs that will take you to the level you have always envisioned. These processes are designed to give you a completely different mindset, better decision-making skills, better emotional control, and hold you accountable to what’s needed to reach success.

“I have an incredible addiction to helping people and growth,” says Heath. “My focus is: How can I become the very best at what I do? How can I continue to improve so I am providing the most value to my clients? I continually work on my own self-development for the benefit of my clients. I’m always learning.”

Heath says his clients typically come away from the experience having found their purpose in life, what they’re really meant to do, and a plan to get themselves to success and fulfillment.

“If you’re in a job that you thoroughly enjoy and it’s providing you with happiness, then keep doing it. If it’s not, let’s figure out something else,” says Heath. “Love yourself enough to do whatever it takes to change your life for the better.”

CUTV News Radio will feature Heath Messer in an interview with Doug Llewelyn on January 5th at 11am EST.

Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach Marianne Lepre-Nolan to be Featured on CUTV News Radio

SOMERS, NEW YORK, USA, January 3, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — In order to be a good executive coach, you have to have a little grey hair. Executives don’t want someone who is inexperienced in business. They want someone who is both current and has lived some of the life and understands the business landscape.

Marianne Lepre-Nolan is an empowering and effective leadership consultant and executive coach. With nearly 30 years of experience, Marianne assists executives with personal transformation, leadership and behavioral insights as well as actualizing business strategy.

“There are two things that people value about my work and what distinguishes me,” says Marianne. “The first is that I understand business and how business people think. The second is that I care. I may coach you for 6 months to a year but if in 18 months you have a question, call me. I’m in touch with my clients because I care about them. It’s not just a business transaction.”

A trusted advisor to Fortune 50 and professional services leaders, Marianne got her start teaching executives at IBM how to use their newest computers. Under IBM’s Global Leadership Development practice and the Executive Computing Program, Marianne focused exclusively on IBM’s top 50 executives and the Senior Management Group expanding their leadership capability, actualizing strategy, and effectively utilizing technology.

“I found that I really enjoyed that interaction,” recalls Marianne. “I enjoyed talking about their unique business challenges. The Global Group Executive and Senior VP of HR asked me if I would join his team and learn how to be a coach. He said, ‘You have trusted relationships with our senior-most executives now. You come to our homes. You know our families. We are comfortable talking with you as a consultant and advisor. If I teach you the behavioral stuff you can become a coach very easily. You’re a natural fit.’”

Today, Marianne leverages her extensive practical experience toward new thinking for her clients, specifically in the realm of Emotional Intelligence.

“The single most important part of Emotional Intelligence is: can you be self-aware enough to recognize what’s going on in you when you’re interacting in difficult or personally challenging situations?” explains Marianne. “It’s about your internal cues: your self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and social skills.”

CUTV News Radio will feature Marianne Lepre-Nolan in an interview with Doug Llewelyn on January 5th at 2pm EST.

Neal Henderson of FrontRow Performance Coaching to be Featured on CUTV News Radio

What I enjoy is seeing other people enjoy what they’re doing and becoming better at it.

— Neal Henderson

ANNANDALE, VIRGINIA, USA, January 3, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — A coach is an objective observer. It’s not about dictating a course of action, but rather helping individuals identify what they want to do and how they want to do it. Any time a person can design their own course of action, the chances for success multiply exponentially.

Neal Henderson is the founder and president of FrontRow Performance Coaching, a boutique strategic management and premier, performance improvement consulting firm. FrontRow Performance Coaching helps individuals and organizations get to a place of “play,” but more importantly improving their play.

“My metaphor for working with people is that everything we do together is a team event,” says Henderson. “As you go through life, as a business or an individual, you’re always looking to improve. ‘Play’ is a much better word than ‘work.’ ‘Work’ implies drudgery. It’s something I’ve got to do. ‘Play’ says it can be fun, it’s my passion, my life’s purpose. What I enjoy is seeing other people enjoy what they’re doing and becoming better at it.”

Henderson believes a company’s success depends as much upon the quality of its employees as it does on its products and services. Winning teams depend upon people who support each other, and work together toward a common goal.

It’s no surprise then that Henderson’s background is in the Navy. Neal began his career in the Marine Corps before transferring to the U.S. Navy in 1986, where he reached the position of Master Chief Petty Officer. During his 28 years with the Navy, twice he served as the Chief Recruiter for large regional commands, he taught sales and sales management, and served as a Human Resource Advisor to the Commanding Officer of the Atlantic Fleet Career Information Team.

“Throughout my career in the Navy, the thing that excited me most was when I saw folks I had worked with advance or take on more responsibilities or pursue a career path they were really excited about,” says Henderson. “That feeds me.”

Henderson says the key to improvement is understanding the game to play better.

“The first person you lead is yourself. So how do you understand yourself? How do you communicate? Then you can start looking at how people are communicating with you,” says Henderson. “Whether I’m working with an individual or an organization, we start by identifying where they want to go and then design an action plan for moving forward.”

And with his career in the Navy behind him, Henderson says money is not the driving factor of his business. He’s more interested, he says, in working with social impact and non-profit organizations looking to change the world and make it a better place.

“I’m more interested in improving the world around me,” says Henderson. “When I look back, my life’s purpose has been about helping people. So I’m most proud of the success of the folks who have worked for me or I have coached. The joy in their faces makes my day.”

CUTV News Radio will feature Neal Henderson in an interview with Doug Llewelyn on January 5th at 10am EST and with Jim Masters on January 12th at 10am EST.

Wendie Berry of Soulutions to be Featured on CUTV News Radio

We can heal by bringing our soul into alignment. We can heal, we can be well and we can prosper.

— Wendie Berry

HIGHRIDGE, MISSOURI, USA, January 3, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — Just as we have physical checkups once a year to see how we’re doing, everyone should have a life checkup to make sure we are in alignment for what we want and what our soul wants for us.

Nursing is the original healing profession. For more than 30 years, Wendie Berry brought her skills as a nurse to operating rooms, hospice care facilities, middle schools and chemical dependency clinics to serve patients. Now Wendie finds herself on a new journey of healing as a soul practitioner and founder of Soulutions, a coaching practice dedicated to helping clients unleash their inner magic and live exciting, extraordinary, noteworthy lives filled with passion and purpose.

“I work with people who are sick and tired of living boring mundane lives. They drag themselves out of bed in the morning wondering why they bother,” says Wendie. “I believe that each of us is born into this world to do something specific. We only feel like we have mundane lives when we’re not in alignment with our soul’s purpose. We can heal by bringing our soul into alignment. We can heal, we can be well and we can prosper.”

With Soulutions, Wendie is still doing what she’s always done: caring for the whole person. Even as a nurse, Wendie looked beyond the physical so patients could gain insight into themselves to make changes.

“My favorite part of nursing was finding out who the person was, what made them tick and help them to grow as a person. I learned what I was doing was taking care of someone’s soul,” says Wendie. “When I’m working with my clients today, I’m still looking at them ‘wholistically:’ how their physical, emotional, spiritual aspects interact with each other.”

So why is your soul here? What’s its purpose? What are you doing on a daily basis to keep your soul and its purpose in alignment? Wendie teaches her clients daily activities to take care of their soul.

“When people are in distress everything is out of focus and life seems like it’s crazy but I believe each person has the wisdom within them,” says Wendie. “What feeds my soul is helping other people realize and connect to themselves and make changes. That’s my goal.”

CUTV News Radio will feature Wendie Berry in an interview with Doug Llewelyn on January 5th at 1pm EST.

EJ Ouellette's Supernatural Storytelling—Conjure Man, Conjure Man

Conjure Man, Conjure Man

EJ Ouellette

EJ Ouellette's new solo album weaves a spell

NEWBURYPORT, MA, UNITED STATES, January 2, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — NEWBURYPORT, MA. | The talented enigmatic EJ Ouellette (oo-LEHT) is a man of swirling vision and many hats — Americana, folk, rock, alt Celt and country singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, actor, and even film director. With his first solo record, Conjure Man, Conjure Man, Ouellette brings together his musical sorcery and storytelling savvy in a collection of original Americana songs.

Beware: Conjure Man, Conjure Man is a charmer. Ouellette’s uncomplicated vocals, seductive songwriting, and roots-driven fiddle, guitar, banjo and mandolin, with Dave Mattacks (Paul McCartney, Richard Thomas) and Peter Whitehead on drums, conjures up something special. His music tells stories, twangs, rocks, dances, and laments. You will too.

The album’s 13 tracks include nine original songs, one cover, and three instrumentals. In the bluegrass-infused title song, a man asks Conjure Man for a spell “to bring the one I love back home to my bed” and the hoodoo man warns him, “Careful what you wish for.” Supernatural forces are at play in this uptempo song.

Stories about magic, love, and slippery consequences weave through the album, where Ouellette narrates tales of hunger, loss and unexpected discovery. In "Amarantha, Amarantha" a simple country girl is freed by a madman, empowering her to declare independence from her family. "You Lied" describes the painful lament of a husband mourning the too-early death of the love of his life. "Charming the Snake' illuminates our brutal hunger for success and recognition. In each, Ouellette's voice has never been more soulful and the songs serve as the medium for his fiddle-driven alter ego.

On “No More Wastin’ Time,” Ouellette adds sax man Steve Baker (Crazy Maggy) to the mix and “It feels like the roads gonna end before you get somewhere, and those turns that you made didn’t get you there.” Ouellette, who credits Steve Earle a key influence, includes a cover of "Don't Want to Lose You Yet" on the album as a tribute to the musician and love note to his fans.

At the end of the day, Ouellette's gift is his ability to empathize with others, including the characters in his songs. With Conjure Man, Conjure Man, he offers listeners a special dose of music, magic, and hope that our world, despite its problems, is changing for the better. To download and listen to the title track, Conjure Man, Conjure Man, visit https://www.ejouellette.com/music/.

Released on the Whole Music label, Conjure Man, Conjure Man's full album is available now on: iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Apple Music, Google Play and many other digital distributors. Prices: CD $20.00, MP3 Download $9.00.

About the Musician
EJ Ouellette has 40+ years of experience as a American rock, alt Celt, folk, and country singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, producer, engineer, and music entrepreneur. He regularly performs with his band, EJ Ouellette & Crazy Maggy. He is a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (Grammy.org) and the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers. Ouellette offers state-of-the-art recording and production, artist development and instruction at Whole Music, his studio on the Massachusetts North Shore.
But the magic doesn’t stop there.

Through his new project, Hoodoo Man Films, EJ is co-directing and co-producing a pilot series for TV about a mysterious conjure man with supernatural powers; the short film is slated for release in early 2017. And the sound track? You guessed it!

Peter Metzner of Dynamic Change, Inc. to be Featured on CUTV News Radio

My aim is to make a difference in the world by helping people to become more conscious, more considered and connect to what's really important.

— Peter Metzner

CHAPEL HILL, NORTH CAROLINA, USA, January 2, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — According to a recent survey conducted by Inc. Magazine, 75 percent of respondents said their immediate boss is the biggest source of stress in their life. Research shows bad bosses can cost the economy upwards of $360 billion dollars a year.

Of course, very few bosses wake up each day with the intention of making their employees miserable. Most bosses are simply reacting to their own personal stress.

Peter Metzner is the founder of Dynamic Change, Inc. an executive and leadership coaching business.

“My aim is to make a difference in the world by helping people to become more conscious, more considered and connect to what's really important,” says Metzner. “That was my original mission and that’s still what I keep at the core.”

As a coach, Metzner is primarily interested in preventing executive derailment. These individuals are industry experts, bright, PhDs, doctors, lawyers, scientists, but they are getting in trouble over interpersonal relationships. The company can’t afford to lose their talent, experience, industry contacts, but if they don’t change their behaviors, the company can’t afford to have anyone else leave.

“My clients are always talented, driven, very smart people, but it’s not their weaknesses that get them in trouble; it’s the overuse of their strengths. I help them understand the human systems side so they don’t shut people down,” says Metzner. “I’ve created a system to help them become more aware, have better interpersonal relationships and understand what it takes to create engagement as opposed to disengagement or turnover.”

According to Metzner, when we operate out of stress or anger or fear, we’re going to manifest self-defeating behaviors. Metzner’s coaching process can help people respond more appropriately, instead of reacting.

“I’m on their side to get them to a point where they feel more effective as a leader. I’m the person who can help them keep their job or advance in their careers. From the beginning they can see me as a life raft or someone to help turn things around,” says Metzner. “I want my clients to be strong enough to receive feedback, mature enough to own their flaws, healthy enough to accept themselves and accept others, and be responsible for how they impact others. If they get that, even if they forget everything else, we’ve succeeded.

“When someone gets it, not only have I helped that person, but I’ve helped everyone they come into contact with, especially the people who work with them and for them.”

CUTV News Radio will feature Peter Metzner in an interview with Doug Llewelyn on January 4th at 10am EST and with Jim Masters on January 11th at 10am EST.
