Analise Tenney Explains The Inner Workings Of A Septic Tank And How Often It Should Be Pumped

SARASOTA, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES, June 28, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Analise Tenney has been in the plumbing business for many years and he regularly sees problems with septic tanks. This is because, while many American households have such a tank, only a few really understand what it is and how it works. It is for this reason that he has taken the time to explain the inner workings of this type of tank, as well as how often it requires cleaning and how to recognize when cleaning is needed.

What Is a Septic Tank

According to Analise Tenney, septic tanks are essential in many American households because not everybody is connected to municipal sewage systems. In certain states, such as Tennessee, almost everybody has a septic tank. This tank is placed underground and is used to collect sewage as well as other wastes that decompose.

Analise Tenney explains that the septic tank is connected to the whole plumbing system. Hence, whenever the toilet is flushed, a faucet is used, or a washing machine or other water-based appliance is used, the water and waste are moved to the septic tank. Here, the wastewater is separated into two layers. The first is the sludge layer, which is heavier and sinks down. The second layer is scum, which is lighter and therefore floats. A septic tank is also full of bacteria, which remove harmful pollutants while breaking down the waste at the same time.

After a while, the layers of sludge and scum start to separate from the remaining wastewater. This leaves "effluent" behind. This effluent discharges automatically from the tank and enters the drain field, where the unsaturated soil is found. This further filters all of this water. In so doing, dirty wastewater is disposed of in an effective and safe manner.

Analise Tenney wants to stress that anyone who has a septic tank has to make sure the system is fully functioning at all times. This means people should regularly have their tank pumped and cleaned, as the drain field will otherwise flood. If a septic tank starts to malfunction, wastewater can back up into the property, which poses a real danger. This is why Tenney points out that it is vital that people also understand how to properly maintain their tank.

Maintaining Septic Tanks

Regardless of whether people are looking for a new sewer line installation or they just need their sump pump replaced, it is important that they get a professional plumber in order to make sure that the system functions properly. Hence, plumbers should regularly check the system, clean the drains, re-pipe, and more. Maintaining a septic tank is affordable and easy to do, so long as it is done properly Alfred Tenney and regularly.

According to Tenney, it is vital that homeowners have their system inspected regularly to avoid any problem. At the same time, they should use water in an efficient manner and dispose of it responsibly. Doing so will ensure a longer lifespan for the tank as a whole.

That said, there are different factors that will influence how often a septic tank will require pumping. Two important factors are the size of the tank and the number of solids that get into the wastewater. For a family of five who has a septic tank with a 1,000-gallon capacity, the system should be professionally pumped every other year. However, when pumps have alternative systems or complex mechanical components, this should be done yearly.

At the same time, Tenney explains that it is important for people to keep their tank operating properly between inspections as well. Doing so means being aware of how much water is being used. Long showers or running a dishwasher or washing machine that is only half full should be avoided. Additionally, he recommends that people consider installing low flow toilets and more efficient fixtures, such as faucets and showerheads. Most importantly, he explains that people should have the contact details of a good plumber in their address book as standard so that they can have any leaks or problems resolved as soon as these happen. On average, an American household wastes 10,000 gallons of water due to leaks every year.

Tenney says that it is understandable that because septic tanks are underground, they are often forgotten. However, these are important elements of the overall household and should be properly maintained. He also recommends that people use additives in their system, although they don't have to opt for expensive products such as Rid-x. Rather, flushing three packs of yeast down the drain is enough to ensure that bacteria continue to work and break down all the solids, thereby preventing them from getting into the drain field. Furthermore, he advises people to avoid bleach as this kills the important bacteria.

Abdul Saboor Aman Explains The Importance Of Having A Properly Designed Website

SARASOTA, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES, June 28, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Abdul Saboor Aman, an online marketing expert, explains that it is vital for all businesses to not just have a website, but to have one that has been properly designed. Thankfully, there are plenty of sites out there that can help businesses to build such a website and some of them are even for free. However, he stresses that it is important for companies to ask for professional help in creating their site so that it is will be effective and functional.

Walls states that a company website is an important tool for brand awareness and having a good online reputation. The online world is highly competitive and a small mistake can have serious consequences for a business. While people have the option of simply trying to do things themselves, they will unlikely be truly successful with that.

Abdul Saboor Aman Explains the Reasons for Having a Website

According to Aman, there are two main purposes of a having website. It is important to be aware of these, as this ensures that you focus on the right things. The first purpose is to provide information for Steve Amancurrent and prospective customers. This is the biggest purpose of all, as the website enables people to find out details about the business. Hence, a good website should include such things as a company history, awards and recognitions, staff details, and so on. Contact details should be both physical and digital and include a postal address, telephone number, Twitter ad, email address, and so on. Furthermore, the website should include clear details of the various products and services. Lastly, if applicable, customers should be able to book appointments online.

The second purpose of a website is to enable a business to grow. When more people are exposed to what a company is offering, it becomes more likely that they will also start to purchase those goods or services. Hence, it is very important that websites can be found, both on the internet and through mobile devices. This is achieved through search engine optimization (SEO).

Abdul Saboor Aman Explains the Value of SEO

If a company wants their website to be found, they must make sure it is fully optimized for search engines, mobile viewing, and local data. Aman has won numerous awards for his marketing efforts and he believes that, without SEO, online businesses will become stagnant and eventually lose out altogether. One of the most important elements of SEO is to use targeted keywords placed in the right locations on every page of the website. This helps to increase search engine rankings, which means it becomes easier for a site to be found. When a website has been properly SEO optimized, it is more likely for it to appear on the first page of Google and the other search engines. This, in turn, means it is more likely to attract new visitors, who can be converted into paying customers.

However, he hastens to add that there are other important elements to consider besides keywords as well. These include:

1. Google Analytics. This is an invaluable and free to use tool in terms of building a website and growing a business. This tool provides feedback on how the website is performing. Data include bounce rate, number of clicks, and how long visitors spend on the different pages. Effectively, this data enables businesses to see how people interact with the website and, therefore, what works and what needs improving. The information can be used to make changes, which can then be tested to see if those changes lead to any kind of improvement.

2. Social media. Almost everybody in the world now uses social media, which means it is a very valuable tool for marketers and businesses alike as a way to reach large numbers of people. Thus, businesses should not just have a website, but they also are found on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Through these sites, they can advertise their products and services, engage with their followers, run contests, and more. Additionally, social media enables them to build a positive reputation.

According to Abdul Saboor Aman, a company's website should present visitors with a clear, concise message. People should be able to instantly see who the business is, what they do, and how they can get in touch. Building a website is very complex and requires a lot of skills and knowledge, particularly if the site also has to be optimized. This is why Aman advises businesses to always enlist the services of a professional who can focus on getting things right. While it is certainly true that enlisting professional services will cost money, the potential return on investment is far greater.

Frank Lennix Explains 30 Ways To Find A Good Plumber

SARASOTA, FL, UNITED STATES, June 28, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Frank Lennix, who has been a plumber for three decades, continues to be surprised at the fact that so many homeowners do not have the contact details of a plumber in their address book. They often leave this until the last minute, rushing online once they have a problem. He points out that people could save themselves a lot of time and money by finding a trustworthy and reliable plumber whom they can call not just when they have an emergency but also for regular maintenance. This is why he has listed 30 ways for people to find such a professional.

Frank Lennix's 30 Ways to Find a Reliable Plumber

1. Ask people you know if they know a reliable plumber. Those who are new to the area can also use this opportunity to get to know their neighbors. Speaking to others will also allow them to find out which plumbers to avoid.

2. Obtain at least three recommendations from other people or online reviews.

3. Understand your own plumbing system to ensure that you find a plumber that can meet your needs.

4. Use online directories to find local plumbers in your area.

5. Make sure to have a plumber's contact details in your address book so that you can resolve any emergency as and when it happens.

6. Do not simply call the first plumber you find online, even if it is an emergency. Frank Lennix explains that the first plumber found on search engines is not necessarily a good plumber, but rather someone good at online marketing.

7. Search through professional review websites to find a good plumber, including the BBB and the BCA.

8. Ask your home insurance company for recommendations, regardless of whether or not they cover your plumbing.

9. Find plumbers who are experienced in the problems that are common with your particular plumbing system, including appliance brands.

10. Find out what your local and state licensing requirements are for plumbers. Frank Lennix explains that this is important for insurance and liability purposes as well.

11. Discuss with prospective plumbers their licenses, their insurance, and their work history.

12. Make sure that your plumber is licensed.

13. Find out whether any work completed will have a warranty.

14. Telephone or email a prospective plumber and request a no obligation estimate.

15. Look into how long the plumbing company has been in business. Lennix explains that this tells you whether they engage in good business practices and customer service.

16. Ask the plumber for recommendations and references and follow these up.

17. Find out what kind of training your plumber has received, if he has any certifications, and whether he has kept his knowledge up to date.

18. Look into membership of any professional plumbing organizations that your contractor may have. Again, this guarantees the quality of service.

19. Read the small print of your quote so you can understand the variables that may affect the price.

20. If you have a specific plumbing problem, find out how often your contractor has had to deal with one that was similar.

21. Make sure your plumber has not only liability insurance but also worker's compensation insurance.

22. Always request at least three estimates from different plumbers to find a fair price.

23. Search for value for money, which is not necessarily the cheapest price.

24. Get to know your plumbing system and know the most likely problems you will experience with it.

25. Interview plumbers over the phone to ensure you feel comfortable with them.

26. Make sure your plumber is not only licensed as a general contractor. Frank Lennix explains that their requirements are far less strict and therefore not good enough.

27. Find out whether the plumber also has any specialized knowledge, for instance, with regards to septic tanks or ground source heat pumps.

28. Make sure you know how long your plumber will take to complete the job at hand.

29. Find out the level of insurance coverage of your plumber.

30. Make sure that you receive a quotation based on a visual inspection of the job at hand, and not solely an estimate over the telephone.

According to Frank Lennix, using the 30 tips above to find a good plumber will ensure that most homeowners can avoid really large plumbing problems. The plumbing system is integral to the integrity of a home and must be taken seriously. By having the contact details of a trustworthy plumber on hand at all times, very serious issues can be avoided.

CCHR Warns Parents of the Dangers of Psychotropic Drugs Prescribed to Children

Childhood is not a mental disorder

Psychiatric Drugging of Children

Over a million children under the age of six are currently on psychiatric drugs in America

Over a million children under the age of six are currently on psychiatric drugs in America

Over a million children under the age of six are currently on psychiatric drugs in America

The potentially devastating side effects of drugging children with psychotropics is explained to parents in a seminar which also offers alternative solutions.

It is vital that parents are educated on the dangers of psychotropic drugs. Childhood is not a mental illness and some of these drugs have side effects such as aggression and suicide.”

— Diane Stein, President of CCHR Florida

CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES, June 28, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) is inviting parents to attend a compelling seminar on pharmacology issues where those in attendance will learn how prescription psychotropic drugs affect children. Held regularly at the downtown Clearwater headquarters for CCHR located at 109 N. Fort Harrison Avenue, this seminar is free of charge and open to the general public.

Titled, “Exposing The Lies Behind Today's Drugging of Children”, the featured speaker for this seminar, Pamela Seefeld, has been a practicing pharmacologist and consultant for over 25 years and is an expert on botanical resources and natural supplements.

“It is vital that parents are educated on the dangers of psychotropic drugs, especially when they are prescribed to children,” said Ms. Diane Stein, President of CCHR Florida. “Childhood is not a mental illness and when some of these drugs have side effects such as aggression and suicide it is important for families to know the truth.”

Adverse effects of psychotropic medication on children have been the subject of research and reports for many years, yet almost 8.5 million US schoolchildren are taking these drugs, according to data from the IMS Health Vector One National Database Year 2013. [1]

This is especially concerning when it is taken into account, as reported in a Denver Post article by Dr. Mercola, that drug companies have paid billions of dollars in fines for illegally marketing psychiatric drugs to children. Dr. Mercola also points out that behavior problems in children are very frequently related to improper diet, emotional upset and exposure to toxins. [2]

In the seminar, Ms. Seefeld explains the potentially devastating side effects of drugging children with psychotropics and warns parents that antidepressants can be addictive and that some of the drugs being prescribed have side effects which include agitation, violent and/or suicidal ideations, and health issues.

Having helped thousands of children and adults with health issues, Ms. Seefeld uses her long experience in studying alternatives to child drugging by providing parents with information on healthy alternatives such as correcting nutritional issues, which, in the absence of psychotropics, can have a major impact on a child’s conduct and outlook.

32,475 Involuntary Psychiatric Examinations Initiated on Children in Florida

Normal Childhood Behavior is not a Mental Illness

Normal Childhood Behavior is not a Mental Illness

CCHR Florida

It is important for parents to know and understand the mental health law in Florida as this law allows a child to be removed from school and sent for involuntary psychiatric examination without parental knowledge.

It’s the parent’s right to be a voice for their child.

One in six Baker Acts were initiated on children during 2015/2016 prompting CCHR to launch a public information campaign to educate families on their rights.

While the original stated intention of the Baker Act was to protect the rights of citizens sent for involuntary psychiatric examination, it has become a source of great abuse. ”

— Diane Stein, President CCHR Florida

CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES, June 28, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR), a non-profit mental health watchdog dedicated to the eradication of abuses committed under the guise of mental health, regularly hosts a seminar on the Florida mental health law, commonly referred to as the Baker Act, for the purpose of educating the public on their rights and how they can protect themselves and their loved ones from the abusive use of this law.

In the 15 years from Fiscal Year (FY) 2001/2002 to 2015/2016 the number of involuntary psychiatric examinations in Florida more than doubled with 194,354 Baker Acts initiated. Even more disturbing is that statewide involuntary examinations for children increased 49.30% from FY 2010/2011 to 2015/2016. [1]

The alarming increase in the number of involuntary psychiatric examinations and the fact that one in six Baker Acts were initiated on children during FY 2015/2016 prompted CCHR to launch a public information campaign to educate Floridians on their rights under this law. As part of this campaign, CCHR hosts a seminar delivered by attorney Carmen Miller who, as a former Assistant Public Defender in the Thirteenth Circuit in Tampa, has a great deal of experience on the mental health law. Now in the private sector, Ms. Miller specializes in cases of those who have been Baker Acted.

“Most people are not aware that one’s child can be taken right out of school and Baker Acted, without knowledge or consent from the parents,” said Mrs. Miller, “People need to know their rights so they can protect themselves and their loved ones.”

While the original stated intention of the Baker Act was to protect the rights of citizens sent for involuntary psychiatric examination, it has become a source of great abuse. To learn more about the Baker Act or to reserve a seat at the next seminar please call 727-442-8820.

Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center Appeals to MD in Nevada to Call Them About Rewards If They Can Document How a Healthcare Company is Giving Physicians Kickbacks for Admissions or Referrals

We are positive healthcare companies are paying kickbacks to some physicians in Nevada as well as every other state and the potential rewards can be significant provided the whistleblower has proof ”

— Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center

WASHINGTON , DC, USA, June 28, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center is appealing to a medical doctor in Nevada to call them anytime at 866-714-6466 if they possess proof any type of healthcare service provider is paying kickbacks for referrals. Recently the Department of Justice announced a $29.6-million-dollar settlement involving two medical practice groups and a hospital system involved in a referral kickback scheme. The allegations revolved around kickbacks for patient referrals. In this instance the scheme involved a hospital system admitting patients rather than seeing them on an outpatient basis. In this instance the whistleblowers (two medical doctors) will receive $6.2 million dollars for their information. http://Nevada.CorporateWhistleblower.Com

According to the Department of Justice, "On average, Medicare pays at least three times as much for an inpatient admission as it does for outpatient care."

The Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center is inviting a medical doctor or healthcare professional to call them anytime at 866-714-6466 if they possess proof the following type of company is bribing medical doctors for referrals, purchases or admissions:

* A nursing home or skilled nursing facility bribing physicians for admissions

* A hospital bribing medical doctors for medically unnecessary patient admissions

* A pharmaceutical company bribing physicians to prescribe medications (needed or not needed)

* A hospice provider paying referrals to medical doctors-even if the patient is not dying

* A dialysis center bribing-physicians for referring new patients

* An Imaging Center bribing medical doctors for patients who may not need expensive imaging services such as an MRI or CT scan.

* An in-home healthcare provider that is bribing physicians to recommend their services.

* A blood testing company paying off medical doctors to prescribe medically unnecessary-expensive blood tests.

The Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "We are positive healthcare companies are paying kickbacks to some physicians in Nevada as well as every other state and the potential rewards can be significant provided the whistleblower has proof or an eyewitness account of what happened or is happening on an ongoing basis. If you possess this type of proof, please call us anytime at 866-714-6466 for a conversation about the potential value of your information. Why sit on a potentially winning lotto ticket without ever knowing what it might have been worth?" http://Nevada.CorporateWhistleblower.Com

Simple rules for a whistleblower from the Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center: Do not go to the government first if you are a potential whistleblower with substantial proof of wrongdoing. The Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center says, “Major whistleblowers frequently go to the government thinking they will help. It’s a huge mistake. Do not go to the news media with your whistleblower information. Public revelation of a whistleblower’s information could destroy any prospect for a reward. Do not try to force a company/employer or individual to come clean about significant Medicare fraud, overbilling the federal government for services never rendered, multi-million-dollar state or federal tax evasion, or a Nevada based company falsely claiming to be a minority owned business to get preferential treatment on federal or state projects. Come to us first, tell us what type of information you have, and if we think it’s sufficient, we will help you with a focus on you getting rewarded.”

Unlike any group in the US the Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center can assist a potential whistleblower with packaging or building out their information to potentially increase the reward potential. They will also provide the whistleblower with access to some of the most skilled whistleblower attorneys in the nation. For more information a possible whistleblower with substantial proof of wrongdoing in Nevada can contact the Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center at 866-714-6466 or contact them via their website at http://Nevada.CorporateWhistleBlower.Com

Our staff offers insight, education, and the support necessary to bring harmony and balance back into those families that are suffering through substance abuse and mental health challenges”

— Sam Dekin, Executive Director of Mission Health

SANTA BARBARA, CA, USA, June 27, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Santa Barbara’s Mission Harbor Behavioral Health launched a specialized program for individuals aged 13 to 18 that are dealing with mental health issues. The outpatient program will treat various illness combining 4 therapy models, whole-family therapy, parental courses, doctoral-level staff, and more.

Some of the issues treated during the intensive outpatient program are substance abuse, social anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, cutting, and more. Four types of therapies are utilized in the treatment process: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure With Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

“The purpose of an outpatient care setting is to interrupt a child’s self-destructive behavior patterns close to home, to avoid the need for residential treatment,” said Dr. Andrea Kulberg, Clinical Director of Adolescent Programs. “Let Mission Harbor provide your child with the safe, structured environment they need to learn new coping skills and find their way out of substance abuse, depression, or avoidance behaviors.”

Where Mission Harbor Behavioral Health differentiates itself is in inviting parents and family members to join in the treatment and recovery process. During these special family sessions, the family system is changing with improved communication, boundaries, personal responsibility for behavior, and processing of family wounds. Whole-family therapy teaches everyone the roles they play, how to support one another, and that healing together is important.

With two designated weekly courses for parents, mothers and fathers will learn new and successful ways to take back the power in their home. Whether home life has been taken over by addiction, severe anxiety, suicide gestures, or self-harm behaviors, parents will learn how to talk to their distressed child, and will participate in designing a behavior plan specific to their child’s needs, to get their family back on track.

Every Tuesday, Mission Harbor hosts a free Parent Orientation from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The group is open to the public and is hosted by Andrea Kulberg, PhD, Clinical Director of Adolescent Programs. Parents can get information about programs, speak with other parents, and learn how to take back the power in their home which has been hijacked by mental illness.

"Our staff offers insight, education, and the support necessary to bring harmony and balance back into those families that are suffering through substance abuse and mental health challenges,” said Sam Dekin, Executive Director at Mission Harbor. “Obviously, it is necessary to inspire young men and women towards positive change, but we have seen firsthand that it is also necessary for the entire family to commit to change as well. We seek to restore order within the individual and the family.”
