Bianca Banks announces the release of her new podcast series

The MND Show With Bianca Banks

The MND Show With Bianca Banks

As Bianca Banks launches her new podcast series, The MND Show, she reveals that it will focus on current events and powerfully sensitive topics.

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, U.S., May 29, 2020 / — Bianca Banks has just launched her new podcast series, The MND Show. Banks is not the only presenter of the podcast and is joined by her daughter, Jasmine, as co-presenter.

The podcasts of The MND Show will soon start airing on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. Considering that Bianca is not only an accomplished businesswoman, but has also had a stint in a reality show, is a well-known socialite, and community advocate, the show promises to touch on many interesting topics.
The MND Show will include participation from special guests, to help increase awareness where needed and to express their views on current trending topics. According to Bianca Banks, the idea of bringing her daughter in as co-presenter came to her when she realized that she wanted others to also understand the perspectives of the younger generation.

Bianca Banks feels that the young are far more sensitive to current issues than they are given credit for and can help shape a better future for the planet. The MND Show will touch on social, environmental issues, but will also look at the fun side of trending news and social events.
“Our celebrity guests will bring a fun take to the podcasts,” says Ms. Banks. “Other guest appearances will include people who work hard to make a difference within their communities through their various specialized fields of work.”
Banks has a keen interest in many philanthropic causes, but she is especially interested in the plight of the homeless, undeserved children, domestic violence, and abuse. She is particularly concerned about how most of these issues affect women and children.
Addiction is another area that Banks concentrates her charitable work on. She has said that for countries to see a decrease in the number of addicts, more attention must be paid to reducing domestic violence and abuse.

For those that are not aware of who she is: Bianca Banks is the CEO of her family-owned business. In her role as a business consultant, Banks is a powerful woman, but there is a soft side to her. This is the side that her viewers will enjoy on The MND Show.
As a single mother, Banks is divorced, this businesswoman understands the sacrifices that most women need to make to balance motherhood with a career. However, she strongly believes that women are the stronger of the two sexes and can have the best of both worlds if they set their hearts and minds to it.

Bianca Banks has also left her mark in the world of showbusiness. In 2017, she made her premiere in the entertainment business when she took part in a reality show. Bravo’s show was called “Invite Only Cabo” and Banks was a member of the main cast.
Larry Sims, the celebrity hairstylist, was the mastermind and star of the show. Sims invited Banks to join the cast that included other friends of his and the eight episodes included feuds and fun in the sun. The show was set in Cabo, Mexico, and the luxury vacation reality was filmed 24/7.

Since the end of the show, Banks has concentrated her efforts on her business, her family, and her role as community advocate and philanthropist.
As Banks prepares for the launch she stated, “Our communities need people who care about and understand their problems. The MND Show will concentrate on raising awareness and showing people how they can also offer their time or money to help various causes in their communities and beyond. Other than that, we plan to keep people company by offering them the most interesting trending stories, including many fun and informative conversations between us and our special guests on various interesting topics.”

The beautiful mother and daughter team have an energizing dynamic and promise to bring their vitality to each episode of their podcast.

Updates on the podcast can be found on Bianca Bank’s Instagram page @itsbiancabanks and on the podcast page @themndshow. The show will also be broadcast live from Hollywood, California on @Dash radio.

Conrad Challenge logo

The 2019-20 Conrad Challenge award winners were announced today

37 finalist teams from around the world convened for the three-day summit and showcased inventions designed to solve pressing global challenges

[Our students] have proven, once again, that they are truly the game-changers who will shape the future… We can hardly wait to see what they accomplish.”

— Nancy Conrad, founding chairman, Conrad Foundation

HOUSTON, TEXAS, USA, May 29, 2020 / — Seven teams of high school-aged student innovators from around the world were awarded top honors during the 2020 Conrad Challenge Virtual Innovation Summit, held May 27-29 on the Hopin platform. The Summit was the final round of the 2019-20 Conrad Challenge, the annual competition that unleashes the potential of students to use their innovative and entrepreneurial skills to create solutions for some of the most pressing global challenges. More than 600 teams of 2-5 students between the ages of 13-18 entered the 2019-20 competition, a Conrad Challenge record.

This was the 14th year of the Conrad Challenge, but due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Innovation Summit was held online for the first time. This successful pivot in event planning allowed the Summit to proceed and gave these deserving students the opportunity to experience the culmination of their year-long efforts.

The Challenge began in August, when teams submitted their initial entry and worked on their investor pitch, which they completed in November. Qualifying teams then advanced to the second round in mid-November and worked through mid-January to develop and refine a business plan, market study and visual representation of their commercially viable solutions. Their products were then reviewed and scored by subject matter experts and judges before the finalist teams in each category were selected.

The 37 finalist teams who competed for top awards at the Virtual Innovation Summit hail from eight countries: Australia, India, Nigeria, the Philippines, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Vietnam and the United States. Each presented their new product in one of six categories: Aerospace & Aviation; Cyber-Technology & Security; Energy & Environment; Health & Nutrition; Transforming Education Through Technology; and Smoke-Free World. After submitting a video pitch and executive summary the week prior, the student teams participated in a live-video question and answer session with the panel of judges with expertise in business, industry, research and academia.

“Once again, the Conrad Foundation hosted a record number of young innovators who participated in the Conrad Challenge. Due to the pandemic, we were unable to host our in-person Innovation Summit at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Like seasoned entrepreneurs, our students pivoted to an online platform and delivered their fantastic product ideas to our expert judges,” said Nancy Conrad founding chairman of the Conrad Foundation. "They have proven, once again, that they are truly the game-changers who will shape the future. We are so proud of them and their dedication to creating commercially viable solutions to global and local challenges. We can hardly wait to see what they accomplish."

The following teams were recognized as Pete Conrad Scholars, the competition’s top award named in honor of Apollo 12 astronaut Charles "Pete" Conrad and his three-decade pursuit of innovation and entrepreneurship:

Harry Hayman is a prominent figure in Philadelphia, known for his many business ventures and charitable causes. Design, marketing special events at local bars and restaurants.

While gaining real-world experience working in bars, he also pursued more traditional education. June Is Recognized As Men’s Health Month

Awareness period is key to fighting the spread of COVID-19

June 1 kicks off the 2020 Men’s Health Month, an annual awareness period solely dedicated to education and activities on the health and wellness of men and boys. Communities around the nation are recognizing Men’s Health Month and Men’s Health Week, a special awareness period recognized by Congress.

The global activities associated with this month-long celebration this year are more important than ever, and now include encouraging men to fight the spread of COVID-19 by seeking early treatment for symptoms, practicing safe distancing, and being a role model for their children.

This year, Men’s Health Week will be celebrated June 15-21 ending on Father’s Day. The week is celebrated as International Men’s Health Week around the globe and Friday, June 19, 2020 is Wear Blue Day.

During this time, health care professionals, private corporations, faith-based and community organizations, and government agencies plan activities that focus on the health and well-being of boys, men, and their families. Men’s Health Month is built on the pillars of Awareness–Prevention–Education–Family.

“Awareness periods like Men’s Health Month are crucial in helping to educate the public on health issues and health disparities impacting men,” said Ana Fadich-Tomsic, VP of Men’s Health Network (MHN). “Men continue to suffer from chronic illness and lower insurance rates than women. Men are also less likely to seek out mental health services than women. Support for Men’s Health Month from policymakers, state and federal legislators, the media, and our private and non-profit partners can help fight these systemic issues and save lives.”

Dr. Salvatore J. Giorgianni Jr., PharmD, Senior Science Advisor to Men’s Health Network (MHN) explained, “This Men's Health Month poses many unique challenges associated with Coronavirus. We at MHN are concerned about the higher death rate among men, and recognize the need for men to ‘Man Up to Coronavirus (or COVID) by practicing hand washing, wearing masks, and social distancing.”

“This Men's Health Month should be taken as a time to recognize the fact that men have higher rates of cardiovascular disease, suicide and mental health issues, and other comorbidities that may contribute to poorer health among men,” added Dr. Tony Roberson, PhD, PMHNP-BC, RN, FAANP, Visiting Professor at the George Washington University School of Nursing and advisor to MHN. “We must always be looking at the bigger picture of men's health."

Dr. Jean Bonhomme, MD, MPH, Founder and Chairman, National Black Men’s Health Network, stated, “There needs to be greater recognition of the fact that the health of men and boys is not exclusively a men's issue. Unfortunately men's health outcomes negatively impact the stability of entire families as well as the economic productivity of society as a whole.” He continued, “Men's health, women's, children's health and minority health need to be viewed as coequal partners in optimizing the health of communities as well as the overall health of the nation as a whole.”

Over 350 mayors and governors across the country recognize June as Men's Health Month with official proclamations. The proclamations are displayed in Congress and report cards on the status of the health and well-being of boys and men in each state are available at the State of Men’s Health web site. Free resources are available in both English and Spanish at A comprehensive social media resources page with a toolkit, images to use, logos, and short video messages can be found at

A key part of the continued momentum is the social media campaign, including:

• #ShowUsYourBlue campaign: People all over the world take pictures of themselves and others wearing blue to increase awareness for men’s health.

• The #ShowUsYourBlue social media storm is on Wear Blue Friday, June 19, the Friday of Men's Health Week

Men’s Health Month and Men’s Health Week are sponsored by Men’s Health Network (MHN), which maintains a list of experts and spokespersons on all areas of male health and wellness, including fatherhood issues.

Men's Health Network (MHN) is an international non-profit organization whose mission is to reach men, boys, and their families where they live, work, play, and pray with health awareness messages and tools, screening programs, educational materials, advocacy opportunities, and patient navigation. West Virginia Celebrates Men's Health Month

West Virginia Celebrates Men’s Health in June

Join Communities Across the Globe Honor Men’s Health Month

The state of West Virginia, as well as the cities of Fairmont and Martinsburg, have issued proclamations celebrating men’s health and fatherhood in June, helping educate men, boys, and their families about disease prevention, timely screenings, healthy lifestyles, and positive family relationships.

Governor Jim Justice’s proclamation can be found here.

The importance of this effort is also highlighted by a statement from the White House each year.

Raising awareness of the need for men and boys to live healthy lifestyles is critical to their wellbeing. The life expectancy for men is five years less than women, and men also have higher rates of death from cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. Moreover, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports women are 100% more likely to visit their doctor for annual exams and preventative services than men.

Report cards on the status of male health in each state can be found at the State of Men's Health website. Proclamations from every state be found at

Dr. Sal Giorgianni, Sr., Science Advisor for Men's Health Network, underscored the importance of this nationwide initiative saying, "The health of boys and men in any community are directly related to the overall health of that community.” Dr. Giorgianni also recognized the particular appropriateness of the Governor's proclamation adding, “Acknowledging the important messages of Men's Health Month and supporting this celebration of the health of boys and men is a key to improving the health and wellbeing of the whole community."

“We applaud officials in their states for helping raise awareness of the health issues facing men and their families by recognizing this year’s men’s health awareness period,” said Ana Fadich Tomsic, MPH, CHES, Vice President, Men’s Health Network. “Communities around the globe are becoming aware of the devastating effect COVID-19 has on men and recognize that this June is the ideal time to encourage them and their loved ones to stay safe and seek early treatment when needed.”

Across the country, hundreds of health care professionals, private corporations, faith-based organizations, community groups, and other interested organizations help plan activities and events that focus on men’s health during June, and throughout the year. On June 19, MHN encourages participation in using the #ShowUsYourBlue hashtag on social media where participants raised awareness about men’s health issues by Wearing BLUE.

For ideas and free resources in both English and Spanish, visit

This year also marks the 26th anniversary of the establishment of National Men’s Health Week, as part of the larger awareness period of Men’s Health Month. The legislation was sponsored by Senator Bob Dole and Congressman Bill Richardson and was signed into law by President Bill Clinton on May 31, 1994.

Paul Sternberg Details Cyberbullying Laws and Practical Case Resolutions in His New Book

Attorney Paul Sternberg

HOUSTON, TX, UNITED STATES, May 29, 2020 / — Texas-based Attorney Paul Sternberg, who is the author of The Guide to Internet Defamation and Website Removal, helps readers understand the laws surrounding children and adult cyberbullying. In his new book out later this year, Mr. Sternberg discusses the steps your attorney should address and potential case resolutions.

For people requiring the acumen of attorneys and lawyers, but who have yet to hire a professional for their case, Paul Sternberg pens insightful books and articles that walk them through various law and court proceedings.

Most of his books have been on online reputation management, defamation law, content removal and other esoteric fields of law, and frequently shares his knowledge with readers. This book mainly concentrates on student cyberbullying but can be applicable to adult cyberbullying as well. In the past, Paul Sternberg published a book on the sensitive nature of protected speech in America and the process of handling defamation cases and removing defaming content online.

In an upcoming book, Paul Sternberg shares professional advice from what he’s learned about student and adult cyberbullying in his education and practice. The book details how cyberbullying is a real and present threat for many people, and especially for many underage individuals who look to the internet for communication, learning, and entertainment. Sternberg explains in his book how these channels can be used for cyberbullying purposes and offers advice on how to proceed when faced with this abuse.

Paul Sternberg’s latest book delivers a broad overview of student and adult cyberbullying in the real world and in terms of the law, also exploring the available options for combatting it. As with all his published work, Sternberg uses easy-to-understand language to cover the basics, build up readers’ comprehension, and explain what steps can be taken to remedy their situation.

He first takes readers through the laws of the First Amendment, where free speech for Americans is detailed and helps them understand how it can be violated. He explains how the law applies to minors and walks readers through the rise of cyberbullying––including how it came to be, how it differs from traditional bullying, and delivering real-world examples for improved understanding.

“There was no such thing as cyberbullying laws even until the mid-2000s, but the last two decades have shown us the ugly truth of what can happen if cyberbullying isn’t kept in check,” Paul Sternberg says in his book. “As a country, we are growing to a place that expects more accountability for cyberbullying––and bullying in general––both on and off school campuses.”

For dealing with instances of cyberbullying, Sternberg sheds light on current standards in schools across the nation as well as how these institutions address online bullying and what their limitations are when reprimanding students. Additionally, he explains how cyberbullying is handled outside of school and in court.

Paul Sternberg walks readers through potential case resolutions in the end and what readers should know before approaching an attorney to take on their case. He explains what outcomes they can expect and delivers a full section on further reading where past cases such as Reed v. Town of Gilbert detail real scenarios and past resolutions.

“Even though free speech is a major hurdle in most cyberbullying cases, every person should be able to access the internet without the fear of intimidation or harassment,” says Paul Sternberg. “After finishing this book, readers should be more prepared to deal with their own cyberbullying cases, assist or give advice to those experiencing online harassment, and find a satisfactory resolution.”
